About Us
Kevin Scanlan
Founder and Chief Operating Officer
A former Project Manager with IBM’s Watson Health Division, Kevin gained extensive experience with training medical NLP/machine learning models and interfacing with drug development projects. In 2017, Kevin launched NeuralFrame and brought his vision of AI in medicine to life. Today, Kevin leads all NeuralFrame’s product development efforts.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA, Chemistry from the College of Arts and Sciences and a BS, Economics and Finance from the Wharton School.
A resident of the NYC metro area, Kevin is an accomplished pianist who enjoys meandering walks with his two dogs, a spirited game of baseball, guiding young adults on college applications and tutoring honor students in advanced mathematics and chemistry.
Brian Scanlan
Chief Executive Officer
A serial entrepreneur, Brian Scanlan joined NeuralFrame in 2018 as its CEO with direct oversight of Finance, Operations and Sales.
Formerly the CEO of Mount Hope Capital, Brian led the strategy and management of tech-focused VC and PE opportunities for more than 15 years. Prior to Mount Hope Capital, Brian founded Zai*Net Software, Inc – acquired by Sungard Data Systems in April 2003. Later renamed to Caminus, Brian served as President of the Zai*Net Software subsidiary. After successfully leading the preparation and execution of the Caminus IPO in January 2000, he became the CTO of this NASDAQ-listed energy software company. To this day, Brian remains deeply interested in Green Energy Tech.
Brian has a BS, Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
A resident of southern Connecticut, Brian is a health enthusiast and an active member of his community. Brian also serves as a USA Swimming Official and the Official Family Gardener of Connecticut’s finest tomatoes.
